From Reaction to Organised Community Power: The Arab Civic Council Holds Its Founding Assembly
On 1 July 2026, residents from across Arab Haifa's fields and generations met to begin building a permanent civic structure — one designed to carry community priorities through to their end, rather than to state them once. The Council is the backbone of SDC's Strategic Plan 2026-2029.
